2026 Cousins Trip
This house was absolutely stunning and exactly what we needed. Mike, the owner, truly went above and beyond to ensure our mini vacation was smooth and enjoyable, making us feel cared for every step of the way. We’ve been talking about returning to stay at another property he manages. Mike has several properties in Moneta, stained in the house with the charming cottage that was just perfect for us. I loved it, everything about the house was wonderful, from its style to the thoughtful design when it was built. He also has several listings in the Saint Martin islands; I highly recommend checking out his website, you won’t be disappointed.
Lovely home
My family enjoyed Thanksgiving week at Tranquil Shores. The house is clean, modern, beautiful layout, well appointed with all the kitchen amenities you could possibly need. The local stores and bakery are fantastic. The grocery store and movie theatre are nearby. We did not use the pool, hot tub or lake because it was cold but that is all the more reason to return in the spring/summer.
Fantastic Stay
We had a great time at this house. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the well-stocked kitchen, the heated pool, and direct access to the lake. We did have two maintenance issues that were reviewed promptly. Our family really appreciated the quick responses from the Beville team and their contractor, as well as clear communication on what was happening. Would definitely stay at this property and any Beville property in the future!

The property is amazing and very well maintained. There was plenty of space for my family of 11 and more! The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with everything we needed. I felt so comfortable, relaxed, and was able to have an amazing time with my family. The home is a fit for young kids too! The pool and hot tub were well maintained & clean. Mike was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had! This home is a true oasis and I cannot wait to book again!
SML 2024
This house fit our large family very well. There were tons of outdoor living space to hang out especially the veranda around the pool which was amazing. The kitchen handled the crowd well and had everything that we needed. The proximity to Bridgewater and grocery store were clutch. The TVs inside and out were great as we could watch the Olympics while enjoying outside time. A few things to note: dock is shallow but was deep enough to get our boat in even with the extremely low lake water level the kids just couldn't jump off the dock. Also there was no ladder from the lake to the floating dock so some people needed assistance to get back on floating dock. Lastly, some of the showers didn't have handles which made it difficult for our older family members to shower without assistance. Overall fantastic house and many great memories were made.
