The lower level has 4 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a large Rec Game Room, Pool Table, Wet Bar and LED TV.

Both the main, lower level including the bedrooms lead out to large outdoor spaces which are a convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Main level deck features a gas grill and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors during meals or morning coffee.
